
My Services
Private sessions honor us with the time and space to access the deepest, darkest corners of our being. We'll spend time getting to know one another and developing trust, in hopes you become comfortable enough to share your truths with me. I invite questions and speak freely about my journey to encourage identification and soften boundaries, so that you may allow me to help you heal. Sessions can span over a few weeks or months and duration is determined by your own personal goals. On average, most individuals are seen bi-monthly or monthly, until we've met comfortable resolution or significant progress in your personal goals where you feel ready to conclude services. On our first session, we'll discuss your personal goals, hopes and specific areas of concern. Together, we build a treatment plan that assesses all your needs and begin from there.
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in duration and offered both in person or via Zoom, FaceTime or phone call. Email correspondence "therapy" is also offered in between sessions or in conjunction with in person, phone or live streaming sessions.
Group sessions can be a wildly helpful too in recovery. It encourages us to think outside of our box, opening ourselves to the perspectives of others and provides us with the opportunity to hone our comprehension and communication skills. Recovery can have very dark, lonely moments and it's helpful to know, we are not really alone. By working with a trusted group we broaden our fellowship and strengthen our support system. Group sessions are offered weekly and are one hour in duration. Sign up must be confirmed in advance, as group sessions don't work without a group. Group maximum is 6 persons, plus Kelly.
Each session will begin with 5 minutes of meditation and deep breathing to help us connect to one another.
Offered only to individuals already engaged in individual self-work with Kelly. These sessions are not just offered to couples, but also to the family, close friends or support persons who will be involved in both treatment and your future. We can focus on topics such as healthy communication, sharing of truths, abuse and trauma healing, co-dependency, sexual or intimate relations, forgiveness, emotional suppression or expression, manipulation, anger management and conflict resolution. During these sessions the goal is to help your chosen person to understand you better in a safe setting and perhaps, cultivate a plan to help you evolve together.
